I can’t lie, I’ve got a thing for potato side dishes. Mashed potatoes is probably in my top 5 of side dishes. I just love when there’s skin on the potatoes , garlic , and herbs mixed into them. This recipe is a fancier version of my Creamy + Dreamy Steakhouse Mashed Potatoes recipe. The difference is I added in Asiago cheese and herbs.
This dish is perfect for weeknight dinners , company’s coming over events, or if you want to have a steakhouse at home night.
As always , If you make this recipe , let me know how you like it!
