This recipe is going to be your new favorite way to make mashed potatoes. It is inspired by my love for decadent steak house sides , but my shade for the hefty price tag. You do not have to spend $12 for a side of mashed potatoes, this recipe will yield you about 4-6 servings for less than that. This pairs well with my Lemon Thyme Butter Steak recipe. Enjoy !

Glam Kitchen Tips

  • Make sure you use real butter, not margarine
  • When boiling your potatoes , at the end of the cook time make sure your fork slides through them easily (that is when you will know they are done)
  • Wash your potatoes well because the skin will be left on for this recipe
