Now, I have to warn y’all – this recipe is going to be your new favorite special dish to make.

Lobster Mac & Cheese is my absolute favorite steakhouse side and this recipe is going to bring top tier restaurant vibes right into the comfort of your home. This dish is perfect for special occasions and holidays – and would be a perfect addition to your holiday party or Christmas dinner menus.

Glam Kitchen Tips

-Use real butter , not margarine

-I used cooked lobster claw meat that I got from Sam’s Club but you can also use raw lobster tails and just cook them (don’t overlook the lobster meat if you’re doing this option)

-fresh garlic and fresh thyme would be the best option for this dish

Serves 10-12

Ingredients

1 – 1 +1/2 cups cooked lobster meat (I used cracked lobster claw meat from Sam’s Club)

1 pound cavatappi pasta noodles

1/2 stick salted butter

2 tablespoon flour

2 teaspoon garlic, minced

16 ounces Colby Jack cheese

16 ounces Gouda cheese

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

32 ounces heavy cream

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning ( I used old bay seasoning)

1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Prepare cavatappi pasta noodles “al dente” according to the directions on the box

3.Drain the pasta noodles and set aside

4. In a large,deep pot melt butter, add flour, and mix until smooth

5. Add minced garlic, mix well

6.Pour in heavy cream and add cajun seasoning and thyme, mix well

7. Add Gouda and Colby Jack cheese , mix well

8. Allow cheese sauce to cook 5-7 minutes on medium low until fully melted , stirring as it cooks

9. Add pasta noodles to cheese sauce , mix well

10. Add lobster , mix well

11. In a large , deep baking dish – spray non stick spray and pour in lobster Mac & cheese

12. Top with sharp cheddar cheese and bake for 30 minutes

13. Remove from oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving

14. Serve and enjoy !
