Creamed spinach is one of my favorite sides to order when I am at a nice restaurant. It is creamy, cheesy, and delicious. My latest recipe for creamed spinach adds a little twist by using Asiago cheese to turn up the flavor even more. This recipe is easy to make, can feed a crowd , and does not take much time. Pair this with almost any meat and you will have an amazing dinner. I paired this with Lemon Garlic Herb Spatchcock Chicken and Steakhouse White Mac & Cheese . Glam kitchen tips
- I used frozen spinach because it’s chopped but you can also use fresh
- Make sure you drain out all the water from the cooked spinach before adding it to the creamy cheese mixture

Serves 8-10
Ingredients
- 3 (10 ounce ) boxes frozen spinach , cooked and drained of all water
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Glam kitchen adobo all purpose (order at shoptheglamkitchen.com )
- 2 tablespoon onion, minced
- 8 ounces Asiago cheese, grated
- 6 ounces parmesan , grated
- 4 ounces cream cheese
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large heavy bottom skillet
2. Add garlic and onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened
3. Add heavy cream – stir
4. Add seasoning, stir
5. Stir in cream cheese and mix until dissolved
6. Add 4 ounces Parmesan cheese , and Asiago cheese and stir well
7. Allow the mixture to cook for 5-6 minutes on medium while stirring
8. Add spinach and stir well
9. Let it cook for another 6-8 minutes
10. Remove from heat
11.Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese
12. Serve and enjoy

Asiago Parmesan Creamed Spinach
Ingredients
- 3 Boxes frozen spinach , cooked and drained of all water (10 ounce )
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- ½ Stick butter

- 2 tablespoon Onion, minced
- 8 ounces Asiago cheese, grated
- 6 ounces Parmesan , grated
- 4 ounces Cream cheese
