Ingredients
  

  • 3 Boxes frozen spinach , cooked and drained of all water (10 ounce )
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • ½ Stick butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Glam kitchen adobo all purpose (order at shoptheglamkitchen.com )
  • 2 tablespoon Onion, minced
  • 8 ounces Asiago cheese, grated
  • 6 ounces Parmesan , grated
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large heavy bottom skillet
  2. Add garlic and onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened
  3. Add heavy cream - stir
  4. Add seasoning, stir
  5. Stir in cream cheese and mix until dissolved
  6. Add 4 ounces Parmesan cheese , and Asiago cheese and stir well
  7. Allow the mixture to cook for 5-6 minutes on medium while stirring
  8. Add spinach and stir well
  9. Let it cook for another 6-8 minutes
  10. Remove from heat
  11. Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese
  12. Serve and enjoy
