If you know me, then you know that chicken wings are one of my favorite foods! I think that I love them so much because there are so many different ways to eat them. This wing recipe combines Jamaican jerk flavor with a sweet honey bbq sauce. These chicken wings are the perfect appetizer for a party or weeknight dinner main dish. You can pair these wings with my Pigeon Peas & Rice recipe and a side salad for a delish weeknight dinner combo. As always , let me know how they come out for you and enjoy !

- 4 pounds chicken wings , cut into wing and drum pieces
- 1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 1/2 tablespoon wet jerk seasoning ( I used the walker wood brand )
- 1 teaspoon browning
- 2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- Extra green onion , chopped (optional garnish)
- 1 cup bbq sauce (I used sweet baby rays )
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl season wings with adobo, black pepper , and thyme
3. Add jerk seasoning paste, browning , garlic, ketchup, and green onion-mix well until fully combined and coated
4. Add wings to a baking dish or pan and bake them for 50 minutes to 1 hour (baste the wings every 15 minutes )
5. Remove from heat and set aside
6. In another large bowl, combine the honey and bbq sauce
7. Toss wings in the honey and bbq sauce
8. Garnish with chopped green onion (optional)
9. Serve and enjoy !
