Crab legs are a type of food that many people go out to restaurants to order , when honestly they can be made at home at half the price ! That’s right, you don’t have to go to a seafood restaurant and spend a large amount of money to have a crab night-you can make it at home. This recipe is my attempt to shake up the flavor on crab legs by making them with lemon pepper seasoning instead of the normal Cajun seasoning that is used for most crab leg recipes. It combines lemon pepper, white wine, and garlic with a lot of butter to make a delicious bag of crabs. I cooked them in an oven bag so that it can steam the crab legs while it cooks. Glam Kitchen Tips

  • Lemon pepper is a salty seasoning – I only used 1 teaspoon in this recipe and give you the option to garnish with more of it after to your liking
  • Unsalted butter will keep this recipe from being salty
  • Use salt free lemon pepper to lower the sodium in the dish

Serves 2


◦ 1 1/2 pound crab legs

◦ 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

◦ 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

◦ 2 sticks of unsalted butter , cut into tablespoon pieces

◦ 5 cloves garlic , minced

◦ 1 lemon cut into slices

◦ 1/2 cup white wine

◦ 1 large oven bag

◦ Extra lemon pepper seasoning to garnish (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Place the oven bag in a baking dish that is at least 2 inches deep

3. Add all ingredients inside the oven bag (I first poured in the white wine before layering everything in -you can follow the photos for reference )

4. Tie bag

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes

6. Remove from oven and carefully open bag

7. Serve and enjoy !
