Lemon Pepper Crab Legs

Crab legs are a type of food that many people go out to restaurants to order , when honestly they can be made at home at half the price ! That’s right, you don’t have to go to a seafood restaurant and spend a large amount of money to have a crab night-you can make it at home. This recipe is my attempt to shake up the flavor on crab legs by making them with lemon pepper seasoning instead of the normal Cajun seasoning that is used for most crab leg recipes. It combines lemon pepper, white wine, and garlic with a lot of butter to make a delicious bag of crabs. I cooked them in an oven bag so that it can steam the crab legs while it cooks. As always , let me know what you think and enjoy !

Glam Kitchen Tips

  • Lemon pepper is a salty seasoning – I only used 1 teaspoon in this recipe and give you the option to garnish with more of it after to your liking
  • Unsalted butter will keep this recipe from being salty
  • Use salt free lemon pepper to lower the sodium in the dish
