Sharing is caring!

We are currently in quarantine in the United States and dine in options are no longer available at restaurants. I love cooking at home but I also do like to usually dine at a restaurant once a week and my favorite line that I miss hearing is “Can I start you guys out with some appetizers or drinks “. I decided to share this delicious wing recipe as an ode to dining out. Yes , we are quarantined at home but we can still make the best of it by cooking an appetizer at home. These sriracha sweet chili chicken wings are first fried , then tossed in a sriracha sweet chili sauce . As usual , please let me know how they come out for you and enjoy !

Glam Kitchen Tips

  • Make sure your grease is hot before deep frying your chicken wings
  • Deep fryers work best to cook fried food evenly , but you can always use a deep pot filled with grease
  • I use a wire rack to drain my fried food because it lets the grease drain better. They are sold at many different local stores. Usually when you put fried food on paper towel the bottom side may get moist instead of remaining crunchy, the wire rack prevents that from happening
