Method
- Preheat your deep fryer or large pot of oil
- In a large bowl combine sriracha, honey , hot sauce , and sweet chili sauce -mix well and set aside
- In a large resealable bag add flour , adobo, black pepper , garlic powder , and paprika -and mix well
- Toss chicken wings in the bag until all chicken pieces are coated well
- Fry the chicken wings for 8-10 minutes (do not remove until fully cooked )
- Drain chicken wings on a wire rack or paper towel
- Toss wings in chili sauce mixture
- Serve and enjoy !
