My recipe for lemon garlic butter salmon combines center cut salmon filets that have been washed and cleaned with Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, and a tasty lemon garlic butter sauce.

These salmon filets are the perfect dinner time dish for any night of the week.

Shopping list

4 center cut skin on salmon filets (6-8 ounces each)

Old Bay seasoning

Lemon pepper seasoning

Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning

Garlic powder

Unsalted butter

Fresh lemon juice

Fresh garlic, minced

Lemon slices (optional garnish)

Parsley (optional garnish)

Glam Kitchen Tip- use unsalted butter, not margarine if possible
Combine all of the dried spices in a small bowl- we want our seasonings well distributed before we season our salmon filets
Coat the salmon filets evenly with seasoning, spoon the lemon garlic butter sauce over the seasoned filets, and bake at 400 degrees

Add lemon slices and fresh parsley to add top tier finishing touches
Top Tier Oven Baked Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 center cut skin on salmon filets (6-8 ounces each)

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb

1 teaspoon garlic powder

4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced

Lemon slices (optional garnish)

Parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2.Combine old bay, lemon pepper, Mrs Dash garlic & herb, and garlic powder in a small bowl- mix well until fully combined.

3.Season the fish with the mixture and make sure the salmon filets are evenly coated with seasoning.

4.Add the seasoned salmon filets to a deep oven safe baking dish.

5.In a small bowl add melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic- mix well until fully combined

6.Spoon the lemon garlic butter sauce over the seasoned salmon filets.

7.Bake the salmon for 16-18 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon filets (broil for an additional 3 minutes if you desire more color)

8.Remove from oven, garnish with lemon and parsley, then serve and enjoy !
