This recipe combines chicken thighs, Greek dressing , seasonings, and is baked to perfection.

Shopping List

3 pound chicken thighs

Adobo All Purpose seasoning

Ground Black pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Paprika

Oregano

Thyme

Garlic, minced

Fresh lemon juice

Greek vinaigrette salad dressing

Ingredients tip – I used Kraft Greek vinaigrette, but feel free to use your favorite

Make sure that the chicken is well coated with the seasonings and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
Top Tier Garlicky Greek Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

• 3 pounds chicken thighs

• 1 + 1/2 teaspoon Adobo All Purpose

• 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black pepper

• 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon Onion powder

• 1 teaspoon Paprika

• 1/2 teaspoon Oregano

1/2 tsp thyme

2 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

• 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette salad dressing

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2.In a large bowl, add chicken thighs and season with adobo, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice , and Greek dressing

3.Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated

4.Place chicken in a deep, oven safe baking dish

5.Place in oven and bake for 1 hour (basting every 20 minutes) until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees

6.Remove from heat, baste a final time, serve and enjoy!
