There is something about a well seasoned piece of dark meat. Thighs are probably one of the most slept on pieces of the chicken. This recipe is going to make you join team oven baked chicken thighs.

- Use fresh garlic cloves
- I used sparkling wine (Prosecco is my fave ) but any white wine will work
- Make sure you are basting the chicken every 20 minutes to keep it juicy







Ingredients
6 chicken thighs
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 + 1/2 teaspoon adobo all purpose seasoning
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
10 cloves garlic, chopped in halves
1/2 cup white wine (I used Prosecco)
fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl , season chicken thighs with all purpose , ground black pepper , paprika, onion powder , rosemary , and thyme -mix well so that chicken is evenly coated
3. Place chicken thighs in a deep oven safe pan or large cast iron skillet
4. Arrange garlic cloves around chicken thighs
5. Pour white wine around chicken
6. Bake for 1 hour and 20-30 minutes (baste chicken with pan juices every 20 minutes )
7. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley
8. Serve and enjoy !

Ingredients
