Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 Leg Quarters
  • Adobo All purpose seasoning
  • Ground Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 3 tablespoons Red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion , finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a deep pan, season both sides of the chicken with adobo, Black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and parsley
  • Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken
  • Pour chicken broth into the pan
  • Sprinkle chicken with bell pepper and green onion
  • Place chicken in the oven and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes(baste chicken every 15 minutes )
  • Remove from oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!
