Glam Kitchen Tips

  • This recipe will also work well with a whole chicken or other chicken parts
  • I do not have a recipe for Caribbean green seasoning (Chile I just freestyle it based on what I have on hand) but there are tons of recipes online
  • Green seasoning is optional but it really takes the flavor vibes up a notch
  • Make sure you are basting your chicken as it cooks uncovered so it stays nice and juicy
  • If you do not have herbs de Provence on hand use thyme or rosemary

Chicken leg quarters 

Adobo all purpose seasoning 

Badia complete seasoning 

Badia garlic pepper 

Paprika

Herbs de Provence 

Extra virgin olive oil 

Worcestershire sauce 

Carribbean green seasoning (optional)

In a large, deep bowl add chicken leg quarters and all ingredients
Mix well until chicken is evenly coated with seasonings
Hold on to the bowl that you seasoned the chicken in
Add 2-4 tablespoons of water into the same bowl you seasoned the chicken in, give it a good stir or swirl to pick up all that leftover seasoning, then pour it into the bottom of the baking dish (optional step)
Bake at 375 degrees

Ingredients 

4 leg quarters (3-4 pounds)

1 teaspoon adobo all purpose seasoning 

1 teaspoon complete seasoning 

2 teaspoon garlic pepper 

2 teaspoon paprika 

1 teaspoon herbs de Provence 

2 + 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 

1 tablespoon green seasoning (optional)

Instructions 

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.In a large, deep bowl add chicken leg quarters and all ingredients.

3.Mix well until chicken is evenly coated with seasonings.

4.Place the seasoned chicken leg quarters in a large,deep baking dish. 

5.Add 2-4 tablespoons of water into the same bowl you seasoned the chicken in, give it a good stir or swirl to pick up all that leftover seasoning.Then pour it into the bottom of the baking dish (optional step).

6.Bake the chicken for 1 hour 10-20minutes. (baste the chicken every 20 minutes as it cooks). Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165degrees. 

7.Remove from oven and baste a final time. Serve and enjoy!
