These Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Parmesan Diced Chicken Kabobs are going to be on repeat when it comes to your weeknight dinners!

I have been using my air fryer a lot lately, honestly it’s such a convenient way to make an easy and delicious meal that doesn’t take a lot of time.

They are pretty easy to make- and Chile, the flavor is absolutely everything. The lemon garlic parmesan flavor will have you and your household begging for more. Chicken can get pretty boring but this recipe for chicken kabobs is one you won’t get tired of. I could literally eat these multiple times a week- I am obsessed!

I used diced chicken breast for this chicken kabobs recipe, however feel free to use boneless skinless chicken thighs if that is what you prefer.

Ingredients Tips: Use real lemon juice and fresh parsley. Also don’t use margarine, use real unsalted butter

Extra virgin olive oil

Glam Kitchen adobo all purpose

Badia complete seasoning

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Paprika

Unsalted butter

Minced garlic

Fresh lemon juice

Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley

Season your diced chicken with all purpose seasoning, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic powder and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
Mix well so that the seasonings are evenly coated on the diced chicken

1)Can you use wooden skewers in the air fryer? yes , make sure they are short enough to fit in your air fryer. Long wood skewers did not fit in my air fryer, so I purchased shorter wood skewers to use in my air fryer

2)Do you need to flip the chicken skewers while they are cooking in the air fryer? Yes, flip them once halfway through the cook time

3)Why do I need to soak the wooden skewers before using them in the air fryer? It helps the skewers not burn during the cook time

Soak your chicken skewers in water for 30 minutes. Then add the diced chicken to the chicken skewers

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breast, cut into chunks

2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Glam Kitchen adobo all purpose (http://www.shoptheglamkitchen.com)

2 teaspoon Badia complete seasoning

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 stick unsalted butter

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoon parmesan, grated

1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

1.Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (this prevents them from burning in the air fryer)

2.Season diced chicken with all purpose seasoning, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil

3.Mix well so that the diced chicken is equally coated with the seasoning

4.Add the seasoned diced chicken to the skewers (I used shorter skewers so that they would fit in my air fryer)

5.Air fry the chicken kabobs at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, make sure you flip them after 10 minutes (The internal temperature must be 165 degrees to ensure that it is fully cooked)

6.In a bowl, add the minced garlic and the unsalted butter

7.Microwave it until it has melted 75%. Remove from the microwave and add in the lemon juice , parmesan, and parsley- mix well until fully combined

8.Remove the chicken kabobs from the air fryer and brush them with the lemon garlic parmesan sauce

9.Serve and enjoy!
