Sharing is caring!

There is something about candied yams that screams “the holidays are here”. This recipe is my spin on that comfort food classic. Warning , this is going to be your new favorite go to recipe for sweet potatoes. It is absolutely delish.

My recipe requires that you parboil the potatoes about 10-12 minutes before cooking them. My recipe also allows you to not have to use foil and you still get a beautiful color on the sweet potatoes.

As always , let me know what you think and enjoy !
