One of the first dinner time meals that I learned how to make was spaghetti. It’s simple, yet delicious and very cost efficient. It’s a great way to feed your household a hearty meal, while still having leftovers. My spaghetti recipe is called “fancy” weeknight spaghetti because it uses 2 types of meat and also uses cheese and fresh parsley as a garnish -giving it a nice spin on a classic dish. As always, please let me know how it turns out and if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Glam Kitchen Tips:

  • If you do not want to use Italian Sausage -use 2 pounds of ground beef instead
  • Fresh garlic is best for this recipe…but if you only have the jar garlic then use what you have
  • Use 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in your pasta water before you add the pasta
  • I also drizzle the pasta with a little olive oil once I drain it to prevent the noodles from sticking together
