Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Mild ground Italian Sausage
  • 2 Jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce (24 ounces)
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce )
  • 1 Small onion, diced
  • 1 Small green, orange , or yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic
  • ½ tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
  • teaspoon Ground black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano (dried)
  • ½ teaspoon Basil (dried )
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar (optional)
  • Parsley (fresh) , optional garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, optional garnish
  • 16 ounce Box of spaghetti noodles

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles according to packaging , drain and set aside
  2. In a deep, large pot add ground beef, Italian Sausage, onion , and bell pepper
  3. Cook until meat is fully browned and drain oil off meat and return to pot
  4. Season with seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder , oregano, basil, and Balsamic vinegar - stir well and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. Add the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes , and sugar (optional ) and stir
  6. Lower heat to medium low and cook for 45 -60 minutes , stirring occasionally
  7. Remove sauce from heat and stir well
  8. To arrange plate , add the noodles and pour sauce over the noodles
  9. Sprinkle with cheese (optional) and garnish with fresh parsley
  10. Serve and enjoy !
