  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • pink himalayan salt
  • ground black pepper


1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. In a pan lay asparagus flat and drizzle olive oil over it

3. Slice lemon in half, and squeeze lemon juice over the asparagus (cut the other lemon half into slices and garnish it over the asparagus)

4. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over the asparagus and place the pan in the oven

5. Cook for 12-15 minutes

6.Remove from oven and serve!
