Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a pan lay asparagus flat and drizzle olive oil over it
- Slice lemon in half, and squeeze lemon juice over the asparagus (cut the other lemon half into slices and garnish it over the asparagus)
- Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over the asparagus and place the pan in the oven
- Cook for 12-15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and serve!
