Baked garlic parmesan chicken breast just may be my new favorite way to eat baked chicken breast. I literally took a bite into this chicken – and chile, I said “they are gonna love this”!
The internet probably has a million ways to make baked chicken breast, but this is my way- the top tier way. I made a garlic butter sauce to pour over the chicken after I seasoned them up and they came out juicy and delicious in under 30 minutes. Make this and let me know how it came out for you!

Glam Kitchen Tips
- Pound the chicken breast to even thickness (this is an optional step that allows them to cook evenly)
- Use a meat thermometer to make sure your chicken breast are fully cooked (chicken is safe to consume and fully cooked when it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees)
- Use grated parmesan , instead of shredded parmesan – this makes for a better sauce consistency




Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast , sliced thin
1 teaspoon All purpose seasoning
1 + 1/2 teaspoon Badia Complete seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Season chicken breast with all purpose seasoning, complete seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and olive oil- mix well until your chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
3.In a small, deep bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
4.Place the seasoned chicken breast in a large, deep baking dish and spoon the garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken.
5.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
6.Remove foil, baste chicken breast with the pan juices , and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes if additional color is desired.
7.Baste a final time with the pan juices, serve, and enjoy!
