Recipe

Ingredients

16 chicken wings pieces (about 2 -2.5 pounds ),cleaned and pat dry

vegetable or canola oil

1 cup + 1/4 cup flour

3 teaspoon Glam Kitchen Adobo All Purpose seasoning

2 +1/2 teaspoon Badia Complete seasoning

2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoon French’s yellow mustard

Instructions

1.Add flour, Glam Kitchen All Purpose seasoning , complete seasoning , paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to a large, gallon size resealable bag.

2.Seal the bag and shake the bag until the seasoning is evenly distributed in the flour

3.In a large bowl, add the clean and dried chicken wings and mustard – mix well until all chicken wings are evenly coated with the mustard.

4.Preheat your deep fryer or pot of grease. (Make sure your grease is hot before you begin frying)

5.Add chicken wings in small batches to the bag of seasoned flour, shake well, and fry the wings in small batches for 7-10 minutes until they are fully cooked and golden (I like my wings well done so I fry mine for 9-10 minutes, feel free to fry them to your liking)

6.Remove the cooked wings from the grease and drain them on a baker rack lined with paper towel underneath so that both sides of the chicken remain crunchy.

7.Serve and enjoy !
