Creamy Jerk Lobster Pasta is such a vibe ! This dish is perfect for date night at home or when you are feeling fancy and want a flavorful meal with premium seafood.

I normally stock up on lobster tails during the holidays – usually most grocers have them for $5-$8 a tail in their weekly sale ads around the holidays

This pasta combines dry Jamaican Jerk seasoning (I used the JCS Boston Dry Jerk seasoning brand but you can use any Jamaican Jerk seasoning of your choice )

Glam Kitchen Tips

– Use unsalted real butter , not margarine

– Use fresh garlic cloves if you can

Make sure you reserve some of the pasta sauce before you toss the noodles in the Jerk pasta sauce
Brush the lobster tails with 1 tablespoon melted butter then season with the Jerk seasoning

Serves 2


2 raw lobster tails (6-8 ounces each )

8 ounces fettuccini noodles , cooked Al dente and drained

4 ounces parmesan cheese , shredded

3 tablespoon red bell pepper diced

2 tablespoon green onion chopped

3 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 + 1/2 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoon garlic chopped

1 + 1/2 teaspoon dry Jamaican Jerk seasoning

1/4 teaspoon Badia complete seasoning

1 /4 teaspoon dried thyme

Pinch ground black pepper

Parsley (garnish )



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Brush lobster tails with 1 tablespoon melted butter

3. Season lobster tails with 1/2 teaspoon jerk seasoning

4. Place in oven and bake for 15-17 minutes

5. Remove from oven , set aside


1. In a large pan , melt 2 tablespoon unsalted butter and sauté garlic , red bell pepper , and green onion for 2-3 minutes or until tender

2. Add heavy cream , stir well and allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes on medium – continue to stir as it cooks

3. Season with jerk seasoning , complete seasoning , ground black pepper , and thyme – mix well

4. Slowly stir in parmesan cheese – cook for another 3-5 minutes while continuing to stir

5. Set 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce to the side

6. Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the sauce and stir well until all noodles are covered in the pasta sauce

7. Remove from heat

8. To plate – place fettuccini noodles on a plate , top with 1 lobster tail , drizzle 1/4 reserved pasta sauce over the lobster , and garnish with parsley (optional )

9. Serve and enjoy !
