It’s the first day of November and we are now officially in my favorite cooking months. The last 2 months of the year are a time to enjoy loved ones and cook great meals. This recipe is perfect for gatherings or if you would like to make a nice meal for yourself or a significant other. It is made with my Lemon Garlic Herb Seasoning (order at shoptheglamkitchen.com ) . Glam Kitchen Tips
- Use real butter , not margarine
- Use real garlic cloves and lemon juice
- Lamb is prepared like steak so If you like your steaks medium then you want to reduce the cook time

Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 pound lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon Glam Kitchen Lemon Garlic Herb seasoning (order at shoptheglamkitchen.com )
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large lemon , cut in half
- 4 garlic cloves , cut into halves
- 3 tablespoon salted butter
Instructions
1. Season both sides of the lamb chops with Glam Kitchen lemon garlic herb
2. Heat oil on medium high in a heavy bottom skillet
3. add lamb chops and sear for 4-5 minutes
4, flip the Lamb chops and add in the garlic and butter
5. Squeeze half of the lemons juices over the lamb chops
6.Baste lamb chops with pan sauce as it cooks for another 4-6 minutes depending on your desired level of doneness
7. Remove from heat – garnish with fresh parsley and chop other half of lemon into slices to serve (optional )
