Method
- Season both sides of the lamb chops with Glam Kitchen lemon garlic herb
- Heat oil on medium high in a heavy bottom skillet
- add lamb chops and sear for 4-5 minutes
- flip the Lamb chops and add in the garlic and butter
- Squeeze half of the lemons juices over the lamb chops
- Baste lamb chops with pan sauce as it cooks for another 4-6 minutes depending on your desired level of doneness
- Remove from heat - garnish with fresh parsley and chop other half of lemon into slices to serve (optional )
