Ingredients

◦ 4 pieces of salmon

◦ Adobo all purpose seasoning

◦ Ground Black pepper

◦ Paprika

◦ Garlic powder

◦ 1/4 cup honey

◦ 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

◦ 1 tablespoon lime juice

◦ 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

◦ 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil

Optional : Limes to garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Season salmon on each side with all purpose seasoning , ground Black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

3. Add olive oil to a skillet and allow it to heat for 1-2 minutes

4. Sear the salmon on each side for 1-2 minutes

5. Remove from heat and transfer to a oven safe baking dish and set aside

6. In a small bowl, combine honey, garlic, lime juice, and soy sauce and mix well

7. Spoon mixture over salmon, garnish with sliced limes (optional) and place salmon in the oven for 8-10 minutes

8. Remove from oven, spoon juices over salmon, and serve !
