I have a crowd pleaser recipe for y’all that is sure to be a hit at your next baby shower, cookout, pot luck, birthday party, housewarming , or whatever event you are hosting! Traditionally baby shower meatballs are frozen meatballs made with bbq sauce and some type of jelly, however these are a bit different. My take on baby shower meatballs is still made with frozen meatballs and bbq sauce , however I use pineapples, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, Asian sweet chili sauce, and honey to give them a sweet Asian inspired twist.
I was born and raised in South Florida and remember that the highlights of baby shower invites, was knowing that it would be a pan of tasty meatballs there. Frozen meatballs were always used because of how quick and easy they are, but feel free to make your own hand rolled meatballs if you don’t want to use frozen ones,
