2 pounds crab legs
Old Bay
Mrs Dash salt free Garlic + Herb
Louisiana hot sauce (I used the Crystal brand)
Unsalted butter
Garlic, minced
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh parsley
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
2 pounds crab legs, thawed
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoon Old Bay
2 teaspoon Mrs Dash salt free Garlic + Herb
1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
3 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
1)In a deep bowl, add melted butter, Old bay, Mrs dash garlic & herb , Louisiana hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh parsley – mix well until fully combined
2)Place crab legs in a large deep oven safe baking dish
3)Brush the garlic butter sauce over the crab legs and cover the baking dish tightly with foil
4.Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes (baste the crab legs in the garlic butter sauce halfway through the cook time)
5.Remove from oven, remove the foil cover , and baste it a final time
6.Serve and enjoy!
