In a heated skillet, add the butter and garlic and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until the butter melts
Add tomatoes and green onion and sauté on high heat for 3-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Reduce the heat and pour the cream into the skillet and stir-allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes
Season the sauce with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder to your preferred taste
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and allow the sauce to simmer for 7-10 minutes on low heat until it thickens
Remove from heat and serve !
