Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Salmon, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Adobo all purpose
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic pepper (I used the Lawrys brand)
  • 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce (I used kikkoman teriyaki baste and glaze )
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • Green onion , chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Season cut up salmon pieces with all purpose , onion powder , paprika , and garlic pepper - then mix well until each piece is fully coated with the seasoning 
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear the seasoned salmon bites on each side for 2-3 minutes , or until fully cooked and remove from heat 
  3. In a small sauce pan add teriyaki sauce , honey, and sriracha
  4. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring 
  5. Pour sauce over salmon bites and garnish with green onion
  6. Serve and enjoy !
