Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Ears of fresh corn on the cob
  • 7 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Ground Black pepper
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 Sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, bring water, milk, and sugar to a boil
  2. Add corn and allow it to cook for 10-20 minutes on high heat
  3. Remove corn from water and arrange in a pan or serving platter
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper seasonings
  5. In a small bowl , melt the butter and add lemon juice then stir well
  6. Spoon or pour the lemon butter mixture over the corn and serve !
