Method
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil
- Boil green beans for 7-8 minutes on high heat
- Drain green beans and set them aside
- In the same large pot , melt butter and sauté garlic , red onion, and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes or until tender
- Add green beans and sauté for another 5-7 minutes or until tender and cooked to your liking
- Season with pink salt and pepper to taste
- Remove from heat and serve
