In a large pot of salted water , cook the linguine noodles according to the packaging-then drain and set aside
Season both sides of the salmon filets with old bay and lemon pepper seasoning
Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat until hot (the key to a good sear is the oil being hot)
Cook the salmon skin side up first for about 4-5 minutes each side or until salmon reaches level of desired doneness
Remove from heat and set aside
In a large skillet , melt butter and sauté the onion and garlic for about 2-3 minutes or until tender
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth and stir well
Bring it to a boil and stir continuously for 4-5 minutes
Reduce the heat to medium low and season with salt and pepper to taste
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley and mix well-allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes
Add the tomatoes and allow it to cook for another 4-5 minutes
Add the linguine noodles and toss in the pasta sauce
Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy !
