Ingredients
- 4-6 Leg Quarters
- Adobo All purpose seasoning
- Ground Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Chicken broth (low sodium)
- 3 tablespoons Red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons Green onion , finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a deep pan, season both sides of the chicken with adobo, Black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and parsley
- Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken
- Pour chicken broth into the pan
- Sprinkle chicken with bell pepper and green onion
- Place chicken in the oven and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes(baste chicken every 15 minutes )
- Remove from oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes
