Ingredients
  

  • 1 (8-10 pound) bone in cooked ham
  • 1 can Pineapple rings
  • 1 Small jar of maraschino cherries
  • 1 Orange sliced
  • 1 cup Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Dark rum
  • cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Pineapple juice (drain from pineapple can)
  • Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place ham face down in a pan large enough to hold it and arrange your pineapple, cherries, and orange sliced as pictured above with toothpicks and set aside
  3. In a saucepan, add brown sugar, rum, syrup, pineapple juice, and mustard and whisk together well
  4. Allow the glaze mixture to cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat , stirring occasionally
  5. Spoon half of glaze over the ham and place ham in the oven for 1.5 hours
  6. Take ham out the oven and spoon more glaze over it and place it back in the oven for another 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your ham
  7. Remove from the oven and spoon any remaining glaze over the ham and allow it to sit for 15 minutes before removing the fruit and carving
  8. Serve and enjoy !
