In a large bowl, season shrimp with Adobo, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder , and cumin and mix until all shrimp are coated with seasoning
Add the fresh cilantro and lime juice, mix well, and set aside
Heat oil in a large heavy bottom skillet and Saute garlic , onion, and bell peppers for about 5 minutes or until they are tender -push to one side of the skillet
Add shrimp and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes
Stir the shrimp and veggies together and cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat
Serve with warm tortillas and your choice of toppings
