Ingredients
  

  • 2 Red snapper whole fish, cleaned with 2-3 slits cut on the side
  • Badia complete seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons Badia mojo marinade
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice
  • ½ tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Thyme
  • 1 Large lime, sliced
  • 2 Sprigs green onion, chopped
  • ½ Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Generously season both sides of the fish with complete seasoning , black pepper, and garlic powder
  3. Spray a large baking dish or pan with non stick spray
  4. Lay the fish in the baking dish
  5. Stuff the inside of the fish with 1/2 of the garlic, lime slices, green onion, and yellow bell pepper-arrange the rest of the items around the fish
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together mojo marinade, oil, and orange juice
  7.  Drizzle mojo mixture over seasoned fish
  8. Garnish thyme over the fish
  9.  Bake fish in the oven for 25-40 minutes depending on the size of your fish (the larger the fish, the longer your cook time)
  10. Remove from the oven and serve !
