Crab Cake Stuffed Shrimp
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Season shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon old bay and 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper -mix well and set aside
- In a small skillet , Saute the red pepper and green onion in the olive oil for 3-5 minutes or until softened
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool
- In a bowl , combine red pepper , green onion , mayo, mustard , lemon juice , hot sauce , 1/2 teaspoon old bay and bread crumbs
- Stir in crab meat and fresh parsley
- In a baking dish , spray it with non stick spray and arrange shrimp in the dish
- Top each shrimp with crab stuffing
- Bake for 20-25 minutes then broil for 3-5 minutes
- Remove from oven, serve , and enjoy !
Cajun Cream Sauce
- Melt butter and sauté garlic , green onion , and red bell pepper for 3-5 minutes or until softened
- Pour in white wine and cook on medium high for 3-5 minutes
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well
- Stir in old bay, hot sauce, and lemon juice , reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes- stirring constantly
- Remove from heat and serve with the crab cake stuffed shrimp
