Baked BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pounds Pork ribs slab
  • 1 + ½ teaspoon Adobo All purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the bottom of a large baking sheet or pan (long enough to fit the ribs)
  3. Season the backside of the slab of ribs with all purpose seasoning , garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder
  4. Rub 1/2 tablespoon of mustard over the backside of the ribs and flip ribs over to the other side
  5. Season the other side of ribs with the same seasonings in step 3, and rub the other 1/2 tablespoon of mustard on the ribs
  6. Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the top of the ribs and wrap the foil over to enclose the ribs in the foil
  7. Bake ribs in oven for 2 hours on 300 degrees
  8. Remove ribs from oven and drain juices from foil
  9. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce , ketchup, brown sugar , and honey
  10. Brush both sides of the ribs with bbq sauce , save about half of the sauce
  11. Place ribs back in the oven and turn heat up to 375 degrees
  12. Bake ribs for another 30 minutes with no foil covering the top of the ribs
  13. Remove from heat and brush the top of ribs with more bbq sauce
  14. Let ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving
