Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the bottom of a large baking sheet or pan (long enough to fit the ribs)
Season the backside of the slab of ribs with all purpose seasoning , garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder
Rub 1/2 tablespoon of mustard over the backside of the ribs and flip ribs over to the other side
Season the other side of ribs with the same seasonings in step 3, and rub the other 1/2 tablespoon of mustard on the ribs
Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the top of the ribs and wrap the foil over to enclose the ribs in the foil
Bake ribs in oven for 2 hours on 300 degrees
Remove ribs from oven and drain juices from foil
In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce , ketchup, brown sugar , and honey
Brush both sides of the ribs with bbq sauce , save about half of the sauce
Place ribs back in the oven and turn heat up to 375 degrees
Bake ribs for another 30 minutes with no foil covering the top of the ribs
Remove from heat and brush the top of ribs with more bbq sauce
Let ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving
Enjoy !
