Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone in chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt I used Lawry's 25% less sodium
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl add chicken thighs and season with seasoning salt , garlic powder , onion powder , paprika, dried thyme , and olive oil – mix well
  2. Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees for 5 minutes
  3. Air fry the seasoned chicken thighs for 18-20 minutes (Cook time may vary depending on the brand of air fryer you are using – I used a Ninja Foodi )
  4. Remove chicken thighs from air fryer and using a small bowl , toss them with the bbq sauce so that each thigh is fully coated with bbq sauce
  5. Return the chicken thighs to the air fryer for another 2-4 minutes
  6. Remove from air fryer , serve , and enjoy ! ( Feel free to add more bbq sauce if you’d like )
