FAQ

How will I know the salmon is done cooking?

You can test the doneness of salmon by using a fork to check if it has a light pink color and is flaky. If you have a thermometer, the thickest part of the salmon should be between 135F to 145F.

Why is my Salmon all tough and dry?

It could be that you overcooked the salmon. A guideline for cooking salmon in the air fryer is 5-6 minutes for medium rare salmon and 8-12 minutes for well done. This might also differ from one air fryer brand to the next, use a thermometer to check the doneness of your salmon as well.

Can I store leftovers in the fridge?

Yes, you can put your leftover salmon in an airtight container, wrap it with foil, and then put it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat using a preheated air fryer for 2 minutes or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
