Greek whole chicken wings and baby potatoes

- 10 whole wings
- 1 pound Baby red potatoes, halved
- ¾ tsp Adobo all-purpose seasoning
- ⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- ¾ cup Greek vinaigrette dressing (I used Ken’s brand )
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish )
- Chopped lemon (optional garnish )
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl combine chicken wings, 1/2 tsp all-purpose, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper,1/2 tsp garlic powder,1/2 tsp onion powder,1/2 tsp paprika,1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1/2 cup Greek dressing -mix well until wings are evenly coated with seasoning
In a small bowl combine potatoes, 1/4 tsp adobo all-purpose, 1/4 cup Greek dressing, and 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic – mix well until potatoes evenly coated with seasoning
In a large, deep oven-safe pan add the chicken wings and potatoes
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes (baste every 20 minutes )
Remove from oven
Baste a final time and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon pieces
