Greek whole chicken wings and baby potatoes

This chicken wings with baby potatoes recipe is packed with lots of flavors, the wings soaked in greek vinaigrette dressing, spices, and fresh lemon juice marinade. Together with the baby potatoes perfectly roasted till golden brown with deliciously crispy edges.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 whole wings
  • 1 pound Baby red potatoes, halved
  • ¾ tsp Adobo all-purpose seasoning
  • tsp Ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ¾ cup Greek vinaigrette dressing (I used Ken’s brand )
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish )
  • Chopped lemon (optional garnish )

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large bowl combine chicken wings, 1/2 tsp all-purpose, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper,1/2 tsp garlic powder,1/2 tsp onion powder,1/2 tsp paprika,1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1/2 cup Greek dressing -mix well until wings are evenly coated with seasoning
  • In a small bowl combine potatoes, 1/4 tsp adobo all-purpose, 1/4 cup Greek dressing, and 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic – mix well until potatoes evenly coated with seasoning
  • In a large, deep oven-safe pan add the chicken wings and potatoes
  • Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes (baste every 20 minutes )
  • Remove from oven
  • Baste a final time and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon pieces
  • Serve and enjoy!
