Glam Kitchen Tips
- If you do not have herbs de Provence , feel free to use whatever herb you have on hand (I recommend using thyme or rosemary as a substitute)
- If you do not have unsalted butter, and you only have salted butter on hand – reduce the amount of adobo that you use by 1/4 teaspoon (we want your chicken to be flavorful, not salty)
- This recipe will also work well with bone in chicken thighs if you do not have chicken drumsticks on hand
- If you do not have garlic paste , use minced garlic
