Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon recipe

When it comes to me using my air fryer, salmon is one of the meats that is always in heavy rotation. Not only is it a delicious meal, but it also doesn’t take a lot of time.

Shopping List

Center cut salmon filets

Old bay

Complete seasoning

Garlic powder

Unsalted butter

Minced garlic

Low sodium Soy sauce

Brown sugar

Glam Kitchen Tips

In a large deep bowl, season salmon filets with old bay, complete seasoning, and garlic powder – mix well until salmon is evenly coated

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon (optional- marinate salmon for 1 hour)

Line your air fryer basket with foil (to ensure the sauce doesn’t leak into your air fryer)
Spray foil with non stick spray, and place the salmon filets and remaining honey garlic sauce in the air fryer tray or basket.
Air fry salmon at 390 degrees for 12 minutes (fish is considered fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees)

Ingredients

2 center cut salmon filets (8 ounces each)

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay

1/2 teaspoon Complete seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

3 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1.In a large deep bowl, season salmon filets with old bay, complete seasoning, and garlic powder – mix well until salmon is evenly coated.

2.In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey.

3.Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon (optional- marinate salmon for 1 hour).

4.Line your air fryer basket with foil (to ensure the sauce doesn’t leak into your air fryer) , spray foil with non stick spray, and place the salmon filets and remaining honey garlic sauce in the air fryer tray or basket.

5.Air fry salmon at 390 degrees for 12 minutes (fish is considered fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees).

6.Remove salmon from air fryer, serve, and enjoy!
