My juicy, oven jerk chicken breast recipe is really that girl. This is guaranteed to take your pack of uncooked chicken breast to another level.
Traditionally, jerk chicken tastes the absolute best when it is grilled, however I am certainly not going to fire up a grill every time I want some flavorful jerk chicken breast.
This recipe is also bomb because it saves you time by using a premade wet jerk seasoning, and you don’t have to marinate it to get a good flavor. You can serve this with rice and peas and cabbage , or you can just have it over a salad.
This would also be an amazing meal prep option for those of you who are trying to add tasty protein options to your weekly menu. As always, if you make this recipe, please let me know how you like it!

Glam Kitchen Tips
- Pound the chicken breast to even thickness (this is an optional step that allows them to cook evenly)
- Use a meat thermometer to make sure your chicken breast are fully cooked (chicken is safe to consume and fully cooked when it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees)
- The browning ingredient can be optional, however -I prefer to use it to give the chicken breast more of the authentic jerk chicken darker color
- Marinating the chicken breast is recommended, but not required
