This ground beef recipe is giving – I’m not in the mood to do a lot of cooking but I still want a delish meal option
Lately I have been looking for meal ideas that are high in protein but still full of flavor. This recipe checks all of those boxes.
My recipe for ground beef burrito bowls is easy to make, and very tasty. This recipe is a creative way to use that pound of ground beef that may be in your freezer.

I used Trader Joe’s frozen 3 minute rice and canned black beans to keep this recipe quick and easy – feel free to make fresh rice and black beans if you prefer
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon adobo all purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon Badia complete seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 + 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
To serve
Romaine lettuce
Cooked rice (white or brown)
Cooked Black beans
Cooked corn (I used frozen roasted corn)
Diced Roma tomatoes
Jalepeno
Colby jack cheese
Cilantro
Instructions
1.Heat a large deep pot or skillet to medium high heat
2.Add ground beef, adobo all purpose, complete seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, onion , bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce -and brown until fully cooked (cook for 8-10 minutes) – drain and set aside to serve
3.To assemble bowls- add the cooked ground beef, Romain lettuce, rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, Jalapeños , cheese, and cilantro – serve with your favorite sauce if desired and enjoy !
