It is a new month and time for a new recipe. Moving to Texas has truly made me fall in love with Tex Mex food. I probably have tacos at least once a week now, which is way more than I’ve eaten them in my lifetime of being a foodie. This recipe combines well seasoned shrimp with onions and multi colored bell peppers. Serve these with warm tortillas and my Cilantro Jalapeño Ranch Sauce and whew Chile, you are going to have an amazing meal.

Each bite bursts with the perfect balance of juicy shrimp, vibrant veggies, wrapped in warm tortillas and topped with my favorite Cilantro Jalapeno Ranch Sauce.
