The weather is getting colder and the desire for rich, comfort food is growing. Have no fear , my slow cooker beef short ribs recipe is here. This recipe involves searing the meat, slow cooking it to perfection, then creating a rich gravy from the juices. This recipe would be perfect for a holiday meal because it’s hearty and is a change from turkey or ham as a main dish. Beef short ribs can be expensive so this isn’t a meal that I would make weekly , but it certainly is worth it! Take your time with this dish and let the slow cooker do all the work -I promise you will not be disappointed. As always, please let me know how it turned out for you and enjoy !
