Glam Kitchen Tips
- I cut snap my cobs in half but you can leave them whole if you’d like
- Use real butter and not margarine
Ingredients
- 6-8 ears of fresh corn on the cob
- 7 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Ground Black pepper
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water, milk, and sugar to a boil
- Add corn and allow it to cook for 10-20 minutes on high heat
- Remove corn from water and arrange in a pan or serving platter
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper seasonings
- In a small bowl , melt the butter and add lemon juice then stir well
- Spoon or pour the lemon butter mixture over the corn and serve !
