Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Complete seasoning (Badia)
- 3/4 cup Mojo Marinade
- 1 gallon ziplock bag
Instructions
1. Lightly season pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and complete seasoning
2. Place pork chops in a ziplock bag and pour in 1/2 cup of mojo marinade and squeeze 1/2 of Lime in the bag -make sure all pork chops are coated with marinade
3. Let Pork chops marinate for 15 minutes to 24 hours
4. In a skillet, heat oil and minced garlic for 1-2 minutes
5. Add pork chops and sear on medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and set aside
6.In a separate small skillet, add sliced onions, 1/4 cup of marinade, salt, and pepper to skillet and sauté 3-5 minutes on high heat or until tender
7. Spoon sautéed onions over pork chops and serve with leftover lime (cut the other half of lime into slices)

Weeknight Mojo Skillet Porkchops
